Throughout the "Ohavim Omanut" (Loving Art) opening season events in 2009, the Performance Platform held an ongoing series of events in the Central Bus Station. The Platform itself presented screening of works filmed prior to the season. The station's public areas, as well as the Levinski Garden, hosted additional performances. Immediately after the event, artists led guided performance tours throughout the station. This range of events reflected a different social and cultural reality that one normally found in culture centers and the lifestyle usually seen in Tel Aviv, allowing participants to discover a new kind of cultural center, one rich and fascinating that raises questions regarding what is mainstream and what is fringe.
